It was okay, the story didn’t hit me in the gut…I think the actors lacked the effort necessary to bring the story over in a more impactful way.

BTW, on this one, was it intentional that the narrator sounds exactly like the narrator for “Pushing Daisies” (a fairy tale in its own right)?

i must admit i like the tale though most would blame the son. yet the father could have early on made his true intentions known.

That was so fun to watch! So few people are making movies like this these days. That was a refreshing fairy tale with a great moral. Beautiful cinematography, costumes and production design. Very nicely done!

Brilliant work!
I love all your films, but this one has something special to it. The colors are good. The story is great. The movie is just perfect.
